Our Program

Dr. Susan Baumgaertel’s Menu for Change program is a unique blend of science-based instruction with a whole foods focus in a personalized and holistic journey toward better health and weight management. The program provides carefully tailored, individualized sessions with the core team’s health coaches who have certification in Internal Medicine, Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture and Nutrition. Accountability and individualization are key components of this program.

When our relationship with food is in balance, we don’t eat to live, but we don’t live to eat, either. We eat nourishing food that fuels our bodies for all we need them to do, but we also enjoy our food, making eating one of many pleasures in our lives.
